Supports Financial Advisors by managing client relationships, account servicing, transactions, meeting materials, and administrative and marketing activities.
What you'll do
- Communicate with clients, process requests, resolve inquiries, and maintain current account information and documentation.
- Onboard and maintain accounts, process client-directed transactions, review account alerts, and prepare financial plans and client reports.
- Support Financial Advisors with business planning, marketing, client events, training, and daily administrative work.
