Leads NFR transformation projects, redesigning processes and implementing data and technology solutions in partnership with Compliance, Operational Risk, and delivery teams.
What you'll do
- Identify opportunities to improve working methods through process redesign and new or enhanced data and technology capabilities, including GenAI.
- Design solutions aligned with divisional strategy, including through business analysis, use-case definition, user experience design, requirements, and acceptance testing.
- Oversee implementation of improvement projects and coordinate stakeholders and delivery partners.
