Own Morpho’s commercial contract lifecycle for partnerships and build the legal operations systems that help standard deals close efficiently.
What you'll do
- Manage partnership deal intake, NDAs, drafting and negotiation of standard agreements, and signing materials.
- Track signed-contract obligations in a repository linked to the CRM, with alerts for deal owners and Finance.
- Build legal operations infrastructure, AI workflows, and vendor and compliance processes.
