Defines and leads Morpho’s organization-wide security strategy, builds the security function, and personally drives technical security work, incident response, and external security engagement.
What you'll do
- Own the security strategy and roadmap across infrastructure, application, supply-chain, identity, and operational security; oversee IT and establish governance and certification plans.
- Build and lead the security team while personally handling critical work, including threat modeling, architecture reviews, control implementation, and incident command.
- Run incident response and counterparty security programs, and represent Morpho’s security posture to executives, partners, and the ecosystem.
