Provides frontline IT support and system administration while assisting with cybersecurity monitoring, compliance, vulnerability management, and incident response.
What you'll do
- Support users and troubleshoot MacOS, Windows, and Linux devices, servers, and networks; onboard employees and configure accounts and equipment.
- Assist with cybersecurity architecture, risk mitigation, vulnerability scanning, system audits, and incident response.
- Review audit records, research cyber threats, and help document and track compliance controls and mitigations.
