The Technical Recruiter sources, screens, and hires technical talent while helping develop and improve MORSE’s recruiting strategy and employer brand.
What you'll do
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and candidates for technical roles; source candidates from entry to executive level.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing or application through onboarding, including candidate screening.
- Support recruiting strategy, employer branding, sourcing methods, university engagement, and screening techniques.
