AI Deployment Strategist

What you'll do

• Understand customer goals and workflows, then create custom Runneth use cases, reports, data connections, and workflows.
• Prototype solutions quickly and partner with Product and Engineering to resolve issues or build reusable product capabilities.
• Share customer insights with the team and support internal marketing and influencer partners using Runneth.

• Strong customer relationship skills and ability to uncover customer needs.
• Builder mindset and experience creating workflows, automations, or systems to solve problems.
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows, agents, or automations; comfortable collaborating with engineers.
• Able to manage multiple customers and projects amid ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in DTC, ecommerce, paid social, or creative strategy.
• Agency, customer success, implementation, influencer/creator relations, or founder/product-building background.
