Leads and modernizes Motional’s enterprise IAM ecosystem, including identity governance, federation, Okta architecture, workforce lifecycle automation, and secure access for AI agents and autonomous systems.

What you'll do

  • Set IAM governance, OAuth consent strategy, federation architecture, and operational SLAs and KPIs.
  • Manage Okta, IGA, SCIM provisioning, access reviews, and lifecycle integrations across workforce, partners, and non-human identities.
  • Lead and mentor the IAM engineering team and establish secure authorization and auditability frameworks for AI agents and autonomous workloads.

  • 5+ years in Identity & Access Management, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Experience implementing admin-consent workflows, limiting user consent, and auditing third-party OAuth app integrations.
