What you'll do
- Lead and develop supervisors and specialists, including workforce planning, performance management, and career development.
- Oversee fleet readiness operations, including inspections, vehicle bring-up and shutdown, charging, software updates, troubleshooting, and field recovery.
- Manage performance metrics, budgets, safety and compliance, continuous improvement, and cross-functional initiatives across Fleet Management, Calibration, and Test Operations.
