What you'll do
- Own release validation, readiness criteria, risk assessments, and sign-off governance for commercial AV deployments.
- Lead testing strategy, CI/CD quality gates, systemic root-cause analysis, and commercial software bundle integration.
- Build scalable test automation and processes, influence early feature design, coordinate across teams, and mentor engineers.

- 5+ years in software QA, systems testing, or release engineering in AV, ADAS, robotics, or safety-critical automotive systems.
- Track record leading release sign-off and readiness frameworks for commercial-grade safety-critical products; experience with automated release gates, CI/CD verification, and release risk management.
