Leads Motive’s global GTM role-readiness portfolio, developing and scaling programs that help employees onboard, ramp to productivity, and transition into advanced roles.
What you'll do
- Own and improve internship, onboarding, month-two-through-month-six ramp, and bridge programs across GTM.
- Set program metrics and accountability systems; connect enablement outcomes to pipeline, quota attainment, and retention, and report results to executives.
- Lead and coach a team of 11, including people managers, and partner across functions to maintain training curricula.
