About the job
Develop and improve spacecraft GNC software, analysis tools, and tests, supporting development and on-orbit operations.
What you'll do
- Conduct system-level GNC analysis for development and on-orbit operations.
- Develop or improve GNC software features and tools for analyzing, calibrating, and operating on-orbit subsystems.
- Write and automate GNC performance and regression tests.
What they ask for
- Classwork in software engineering and in mechanical/aerospace engineering, applied physics, and/or EE/filtering/estimation.
- Programming skills in C++ and/or python.
- Interest in spacecraft attitude estimation and control.
Nice to have
- Julia programming experience.
- Previous internship or co-op, hardware/software integration, technical project team, or attitude estimation/control experience.
