Leads Muon Space’s People Operations team and scales HR programs, systems, compliance, and employee support across the employee lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Partner with the VP of People Operations to build scalable HR strategy and infrastructure, and lead the team delivering employee lifecycle operations.
- Oversee payroll, HRIS, time tracking, benefits, Open Enrollment, vendor management, and employment-law compliance.
- Guide employee relations, investigations, engagement programs, and workplace culture with discretion and care.
