About the job
Leads and scales spacecraft and subsystem test operations, overseeing technicians, production execution, capacity, and processes as spacecraft production grows.
What you'll do
- Lead technician teams and manage staffing, shift coverage, development, and daily test operations.
- Industrialize and standardize test processes, infrastructure, and capacity to improve throughput, cycle time, and utilization.
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program management on production readiness and operational performance.
