What you'll do
- Own program cost, schedule, risks, security and compliance, and delivery milestones.
- Contribute to system architecture, design, analysis, integration, and testing while coordinating technical teams.
- Provide technical, cost, and schedule inputs for proposals and support transition into funded flight programs.

- 6+ years of program management experience for complex technical system development spanning hardware and software.
- 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience in a relevant discipline, with ability and desire to contribute directly to design, analysis, and test.
- Direct experience with space, defense, or aerospace programs handling CUI or classified data; board- or box-level hardware development through a working, tested product; and testbed, HITL, or ground-segment development with structured verification or demonstration campaigns.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
Nice to have
- Active Secret or TS/SCI clearance; prior NSA Type 1 cryptographic-unit integration or COMSEC/CCI experience on a flight program.
- PMP certification or equivalent program management credentials.
