Leads Muon Space’s Information Systems software engineering team, building and delivering internal software, platforms, and integrations while remaining hands-on in technical work.
What you'll do
- Hire, mentor, and manage engineers; plan team capacity and maintain a strong, collaborative engineering culture.
- Own delivery and ongoing support of internal software, partnering with product and business stakeholders and guiding system integration and buy-vs-build decisions.
- Set technical standards and contribute to architecture, code review, implementation, and processes and tooling including CI/CD, observability, and AI-assisted development.
