Leads the Compose engineering team in taking Mural’s AI-native product from early access to a reliable product customers use regularly.
What you'll do
- Hire, coach, and manage a team of full-stack engineers.
- Own end-to-end delivery, iterating with users while maintaining reliability.
- Partner with Product and Design on the roadmap and raise engineering standards in testing, observability, and AI-assisted development.
