Build and execute reliability and qualification practices for Mythic’s next-generation semiconductor product, including automotive-grade qualification, stress testing, and failure analysis.
What you'll do
- Develop and drive the reliability strategy and qualification plan; plan and execute automotive-grade qualification and stress tests.
- Analyze reliability and failure data to identify issues, wear-out mechanisms, and opportunities to improve product robustness.
- Coordinate qualification work with design, test, quality, manufacturing, OSATs, foundries, and external test labs.
