Senior NVM Designer

What you'll do

• Design, optimize, and verify NVM circuits and IP macros, including high-voltage generators, memory paths, test, and peripheral circuits.
• Develop circuit models and verify functional blocks and full-chip interfaces with NVM design.
• Collaborate with validation and backend teams on silicon evaluation and production qualification.

What they ask for

• Hands-on experience in NVM embedded or product design and verification, including full-chip simulation, debugging, and verification.
• Experience modeling circuits using Python, Verilog-A, and System Verilog Real Number Modeling.
• Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and advanced process technology; experience with NVM tapeouts, layout supervision, chip planning, and silicon debugging.
• Fluency in major CAD tools, including SPICE, Cadence, and Verilog simulation software.

Nice to have

• Experience with memory circuit blocks such as decoders, charge pumps, regulators, sense amplifiers, monitoring, and BIST.
• Scripting knowledge such as Python.

Pay

USD 170,000–240,000 (per-year-salary) base salary
