Senior Systems Design Engineer

What you'll do

• Design reference boards and hardware platforms, including schematics, PCB layout guidance, and key subsystems such as power delivery, high-speed interfaces, and clocking.
• Work with packaging, OSATs, manufacturing vendors, and internal teams to incorporate constraints and prepare designs for prototype and production.
• Support board bring-up and system-level debugging, and drive signal integrity, power integrity, and design for manufacturability.

What they ask for

• Significant experience in hardware or board-level design and in designing and bringing up complex PCBs.
• Strong background in high-speed digital design and power delivery.
• Familiarity with PCB design tools such as Altium or Cadence, and understanding of package-to-board interactions and system-level constraints.
• Experience working with external PCB or OSAT vendors.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML hardware or high-performance compute platforms; exposure to multi-die or chiplet-based systems.
• Familiarity with thermal and mechanical hardware design considerations, or experience supporting hardware through bring-up and early production.
