About the job
Build and own Mythic’s equity administration function, including its equity platform, cap table, award lifecycle, compliance, and employee education.
What you'll do
- Establish equity policies, controls, records, and processes; administer grants and awards from issuance through settlement or termination.
- Lead equity-platform implementation and maintain reconciled cap-table and equity records, including historical-data cleanup and transaction readiness.
- Partner with Finance, Payroll, People, and Legal on ASC 718 reporting, tax and public-company compliance, Board approvals, audits, and employee communications.
What they ask for
- 8+ years of stock plan administration or equity compensation experience, including ownership of an equity function.
- Experience leading an equity administration platform implementation and integrating it cross-functionally.
- Thorough command of options (ISO/NSO), RSUs, PSUs, ESPPs, cap table mechanics, equity tax treatment and withholding, and ASC 718.
- Working knowledge of Section 16, Rule 144, and insider trading compliance; experience working directly with a Board and Compensation Committee, outside counsel, and external auditors.
Nice to have
- Experience as a company’s first or senior-most equity professional.
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
Pay
USD 200,000–235,000 per-year-salary (base salary)
