The Lead People Partner owns people programs and HR operations while advising leaders and employees in a growing manufacturing and robotics environment.
What you'll do
- Design, run, analyze, and improve core People Programs, including performance management and engagement surveys.
- Own the HRIS and develop or update HR policies and processes.
- Advise and coach leaders and employees on employee relations, investigations, performance management, and employment-law compliance.
