Design, integrate, and troubleshoot industrial automation control and safety systems for Mytra’s material-handling products, supporting development, commissioning, and deployment.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain PLC-based control and safety systems, including distributed I/O, industrial networks, and equipment interfaces.
- Design electrical panels and control cabinets, and develop service, commissioning, and scalable safety tools and architectures.
- Support integration, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations in company facilities and occasionally at customer sites.
What they ask for
- Hands-on experience designing, commissioning, and troubleshooting industrial control systems using Beckhoff TwinCAT/TwinSAFE, Siemens controllers and Siemens Safety, or comparable platforms.
- Experience designing electrical control systems and panels using ePLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar tools.
- Understanding of industrial controls hardware, sensors, actuators, safety devices, distributed I/O, and safety communications.
- Ability to travel domestically approximately 0–10% annually.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with functional safety principles and standards such as HARA, FMEA, HAZOP, ISO 13849, IEC 61508, and ISO 12100.
- Experience with embedded control hardware, custom PCBAs, microcontrollers, C++ and/or Python, or controls for robotics and material handling.
Pay
$125,000- $205,000 USD base salary
