Owns program-level material readiness for hardware builds, ensuring parts are available at the right quality and time while developing scalable supply-chain processes.
What you'll do
- Manage clear-to-build status, supplier readiness, and supply risks across programs.
- Develop material-readiness processes, dashboards, and systems, and report status to program and executive teams.
- Manage material impacts of ECOs and drive resolution of sourcing and incoming-inspection issues.
What they ask for
- 5–8+ years supporting materials readiness for complex hardware with large, multi-hundred-line BOMs through E/D/PVT into ramp.
- Working knowledge of supplier and supply-chain readiness, FAI/PPAP, IQC, ECO impacts, and PLM/ERP/MRP systems.
- Experience building materials or supply-readiness processes and systems; familiarity with manufacturing, supply-chain operations, and component sourcing.
- BS in Supply Chain, Industrial / Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting a transition to contract manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with robotics, warehouse automation, or other complex electromechanical hardware.
Pay
USD 160,000–175,000 per year (base salary)
