Designs and scales packaging systems that protect Mytra hardware across supplier, manufacturing, customer deployment, and field-service shipments.
What you'll do
- Own packaging design across all material paths, including returnable packaging programs and field-service kits.
- Qualify packaging through testing and manage packaging suppliers, documentation, and operational return loops.
- Track packaging performance and coordinate requirements with logistics, engineering, manufacturing, warehouses, and 3PLs.
What they ask for
- 4–7 years of industrial or transit packaging engineering experience, with hands-on design and qualification for complex hardware.
- Experience designing and managing returnable packaging programs.
- Experience with international packaging and shipping standards, including selecting and executing test protocols.
