What you'll do
- Lead root-cause analysis and implement fixes for complex system failures across hardware and software.
- Design observability, diagnostics, and remote-intervention features; improve issue capture, analytics, and reporting.
- Maintain prototype fleet operations in collaboration with test engineers and software developers.
