About the job
Build and maintain internal and external technical documentation for Mytra’s hardware and robotics systems, coordinating across teams to capture and organize system knowledge.
What you'll do
- Create, edit, and maintain installation, operating, maintenance, training, and troubleshooting documentation, including technical illustrations and diagrams.
- Coordinate development of manufacturing Work Instructions and field-service Repair and Maintenance Instructions; keep documentation current as systems evolve.
- Review documentation for accuracy, consistency, and readability, while considering safety implications.

- 5+ years of technical writing experience with multidisciplinary hardware or robotics teams.
- Experience with electrical and mechanical systems and incorporating CAD drawings, electrical schematics, and other technical assets into instructions.
- Ability to maintain organized, detailed WI, SOP, and DOP materials while managing multiple documentation projects.
- Familiarity with industry-standard authoring and publishing tools and Document Control Systems (PLM & QMS).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Markdown/HTML/XML and documentation-as-code publishing tools such as MKDocs or Sphinx.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Linear or Jira, and version control workflows such as Git or GitHub.
