Designs and executes structural and dynamic tests to validate the safety, reliability, and performance of warehouse robotics and pallet racking systems.
What you'll do
- Develop and document repeatable test methods, procedures, standards, and operation manuals for mechanical assemblies and structural racking.
- Design and build test fixtures and instrumentation layouts, then plan and conduct tests including Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT).
- Analyze test data and failure causes, and collaborate with engineering teams on product improvements.
