Leads daily bot production, building alongside technicians while coordinating work, maintaining quality and safety, and keeping production on schedule.
What you'll do
- Run and sequence daily production work, building alongside technicians and coordinating with the manager and NPI.
- Enforce released specifications, SOPs, quality standards, and safety practices; identify and route nonconforming units for rework.
- Triage floor issues, document and close tickets, and help onboard and train technicians.

- Ability to read and build to drawings, work instructions, and BOMs, and understand revision changes.
- Assembly fundamentals, including hand tools, fastening, and cable and harness routing.
- Team leadership, floor-level issue triage, and adherence to shop safety practices.
Nice to have
- Experience leading an assembly or production line as it scaled.
- Familiarity with CAD/3D models, PLM/ERP, ticketing or collaboration tools, soldering, crimping, schematics, lifts, or MES/work-instruction systems.
Pay
USD 40–48 per hour (base salary)
