Leads Narmi’s finance and accounting function, including strategic finance, FP&A, accounting, compliance, and leadership-team partnership.
What you'll do
- Own planning, forecasting, board reporting, pricing and margin analysis, capital strategy, fundraising support, and M&A readiness.
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, GAAP compliance, audits, tax filings, internal controls, and 409A processes.
- Manage and develop the FP&A and Accounting Managers, and scale the finance team.
