Provides customer and operations support for NISC’s software solutions, helping resolve issues, complete projects, and maintain Member configurations.

- Support internal and external customers and follow up on their requests and procedures.
- Assist with ongoing projects and gather, maintain, and audit Member configurations.
- May help test product updates and document procedures; use support tools as directed.
