About the job
Designs, installs, maintains, and supports network infrastructure for NISC and its member organizations, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and wireless networks.
What you'll do
- Install, troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain internal and member network infrastructure.
- Provide customer support, equipment configuration, training, and follow-up on network issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation as needed.
