About the job
Designs, installs, maintains, and supports network infrastructure for NISC and its member organizations, including LAN/WAN, firewall, and wireless systems.
What you'll do
- Install, maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and support internal and member network infrastructure.
- Provide member support through troubleshooting, training, ticketing, email, and onsite or remote equipment setup.
- Maintain technical documentation and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation as needed.
Nice to have
