About the job
Analyzes and supports Life & Annuity product and inforce applications, translating business and technology needs into solutions and coordinating delivery from discovery through production support.
What you'll do
- Analyze requirements, system logic, dependencies, and impacts; recommend practical solutions for changes and complex issues.
- Create requirements and delivery materials, and own assigned work through testing, implementation, release, and post-production support.
- Coordinate with business, technology, and vendor teams; advise stakeholders and maintain system and process documentation.
