About the job
Leads National Life Group’s enterprise risk strategy, governance, and independent oversight, advising executives and the Board on risk, solvency, and strategic decisions.
What you'll do
- Set the company’s risk appetite and oversee enterprise risk management, including delivery of the annual ORSA.
- Advise executive leadership and the Board, lead risk committees, and report on risk exposures, emerging risks, controls, and solvency.
- Lead the enterprise risk organization and advance modeling, analytics, and responsible use of AI in risk work.

- At least 15 years of progressively responsible financial-services leadership experience, including prior CRO or top-tier senior risk-executive experience.
- Experience interacting with and reporting to a Board of Directors and its committees, including a Risk and/or Audit Committee.
