- Rotate across Customer Experience Center functions and analyze interactions, operational data, and performance measures to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support AI and digital transformation initiatives by measuring adoption, engagement, quality, and business impact; create analyses, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations.
- Contribute to service improvement projects, collaborate across functions, and present findings and practical next steps.
