Supports Operations teams by discovering business needs and building, testing, and handing off practical solutions using AI-assisted tools.
What you'll do
- Identify business problems, conduct user and stakeholder discovery, and define problem statements.
- Build, test, refine, and iterate AI-assisted tools using approved internal platforms; track adoption and improvements.
- Create user guides, hand off completed solutions, and present end-of-summer outcomes and lessons learned.
