About the job
Leads suitability reviews and approvals for ESI broker-dealer and investment adviser accounts and transactions, including complex cases, field support, training, communications, and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Review and approve new business and subsequent transactions across annuities, mutual funds, 529s, and advisory business; review daily Trade Blotter reports.
- Analyze complex and escalated cases, communicate with field representatives, and provide post-transaction follow-up and support.
- Deliver suitability training, draft field communications, and implement process improvements.
