Develops agency and agent relationships to grow life and annuity business by advising on products, creating account strategies, and educating partners on products and processes.
What you'll do
- Build and manage a new-business pipeline and grow strategic and dormant agency accounts.
- Provide product analysis, illustrations, and case design; recommend products and features.
- Create account-specific sales and marketing plans, onboard agents, and coordinate policy and agent activity with internal teams.
