Leads Life & Annuity compliance teams and initiatives, advising business units and supporting regulatory compliance, customer protection, and business growth.
What you'll do
- Lead teams in designing and implementing compliance processes and strategic initiatives.
- Advise business units and leaders on regulatory requirements, risk, and business decisions.
- Coach direct reports and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators.
