Leads an analytics team supporting Service and Operations, translating data into insights and recommendations that improve business decisions, performance, and agent and customer experiences.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop analytics professionals; set priorities and maintain analytical quality standards.
- Partner with operational leaders to frame business questions and guide dashboards, reporting, forecasting, investigations, and self-service analytics.
- Identify trends, recommend actions, and advance automation and responsible use of approved AI-enabled tools.
