Relationship Manager

What you'll do

• Manage partner relationship health, plans, governance, and coordinated support across Distribution and Service & Operations.
• Lead onboarding and readiness for significant business, product, process, or technology changes through implementation and adoption.
• Use performance metrics and partner feedback to resolve complex issues, identify recurring friction, and recommend scalable improvements.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree and 8 or more years of related work experience, OR an advanced degree and 5 or more years of related experience, OR 12 or more years of total equivalent work experience.
• Relevant experience in life insurance, annuities, financial services, relationship management, distribution support, Operations, business readiness, or a related field.
• Strong life insurance and/or annuity distribution knowledge, including operational processes and distribution models.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex partner relationships or initiatives, solve cross-functional problems, and use metrics to recommend improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Field Leaders, agencies, advisors, key accounts, or other Distribution-facing relationships.
• Experience with partner onboarding, business readiness, implementation, adoption, or continuous-improvement initiatives.

Pay

$93,750 — $137,500 USD base salary
