Supports management and performance of a diversified commercial real estate loan portfolio through asset management, credit analysis, portfolio reporting, investment support, and operational improvements.
What you'll do
- Monitor loan performance, borrower and servicer relationships, watchlist and REO assets, and asset-level strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis, re-underwriting, stress testing, valuation, and portfolio analytics and reporting.
- Support investment underwriting and operational execution, improve platform processes, and mentor junior professionals.
