Evaluates, executes, and monitors private credit investments across sponsor-backed, non-sponsor-backed, and secondary-market opportunities.
What you'll do
- Conduct credit analysis, due diligence, financial modeling, underwriting, and transaction execution; prepare investment materials for committee review.
- Review transaction documents and build relationships with borrowers, investment partners, counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor portfolio performance and covenant compliance, and identify risks and optimization opportunities.
