What you'll do
- Set and execute the Life Product innovation agenda with Distribution and Marketing, aligned with enterprise growth priorities.
- Lead product concept development, design, validation, and innovation governance, including roadmaps and processes to improve speed to market.
- Lead and develop product resources and advise senior leaders on product opportunities, tradeoffs, and design decisions.
