Sr. Director, Project Management

What you'll do

• Establish and evolve project management standards, methods, tools, governance, and career development across the enterprise.
• Coach Project Managers and improve delivery practices by addressing risks, dependencies, decision-making, and recurring organizational bottlenecks.
• Scale modern delivery methods and responsible AI and automation to reduce administrative work and strengthen delivery outcomes.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of progressive experience leading complex business and technology initiatives, including significant experience developing Project Management talent or leading Project Management capabilities.
• Life & Annuity industry experience and strong understanding of insurance operations, technology delivery, and large-scale change.
• PMP certification or equivalent advanced Project Management experience required.

Nice to have

• Experience designing career architectures, competency frameworks, talent assessments, or professional development programs.
• Experience implementing modern delivery approaches, AI-enabled Project Management, automation, or continuous planning.

Pay

$150,000 — $220,000 USD (base salary)
