Leads analysis and delivery across Life & Annuity product and inforce applications, advising stakeholders and resolving complex, cross-system issues from discovery through production support.
What you'll do
- Translate business and technology needs into requirements, user stories, test scenarios, and implementation plans; own delivery through release and post-production support.
- Analyze system impacts, risks, dependencies, and options for product changes, regulatory requirements, integrations, upgrades, and production issues.
- Advise stakeholders, coordinate across business and technology teams, document systems and processes, and guide junior colleagues.
