About the job
Reviews, analyzes, and adjudicates insurance claims while developing the skills to manage a caseload of moderately complex claims.
What you'll do
- Review claim submissions and adjudicate claims using policy provisions, company guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate discrepancies, document claims, and communicate with claimants, beneficiaries, agents, and internal partners.
- Manage and follow up on a training-level caseload while participating in ongoing claims training.
