What you'll do

• Modernize core technology platforms and lead transformation across cloud, software architecture, delivery practices, analytics, machine learning, and AI.
• Set technology direction and operating models, align investments with business priorities, and manage internal teams and vendor relationships.
• Build organizational capability and continuous improvement, and communicate technology vision to business and executive stakeholders.

What they ask for

• 20+ years of information technology experience and 10+ years of IT leadership and business transformation work in the life and annuities business.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related engineering or science field.
• MBA or master’s degree.
• Demonstrated major technology transformation delivery, including a modern heavily cloud-based environment.

Nice to have

• Other certifications are preferred but not required.
• Success working in a heavily outsourced, globally distributed environment is cited as a strength of top candidates.

Pay

$300,000 — $440,000 USD base salary
