Provides daily operational and control support to US Fixed Income trading desks, overseeing offshore activities, regulatory reporting, trade issues, and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Deliver trade lifecycle and operational support to Fixed Income desks; investigate trade breaks and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee offshore operations and maintain operational controls, procedures, and regulatory reporting.
- Analyze operational performance and risks, identify process improvements, and contribute to strategic change initiatives.
